Today we're excited to share that Sage Care has been acquired by Phoebe.

When we started this company as Clara Home Care in 2024, we wanted to make great care at home easier to find and easier to deliver. Over the past two years we learned that a lot of what stands in the way sits inside the agencies themselves. Owners and care coordinators spend hours every week returning calls, chasing intake paperwork, and re-keying the same information into three different systems. That's time they should be spending with clients and caregivers. Sage grew out of that lesson: an AI front office that answers the phone, runs intake from first inquiry to care plan, and keeps the agency's pipeline moving without adding headcount.

Phoebe shares that belief, and joining them lets this work reach far more agencies than we could have reached on our own. Combining what we built at Sage with Phoebe's team and resources moves us closer to the outcome we've cared about from day one: agencies that spend less time on administration and more time on care. We're proud of what Sage proved, and we're excited for it to carry forward inside a larger platform.
